So you need some custom software now what?

Having built software for a number of small and large businesses we have found that the following process best helps us deliver the product that meets your needs.

Lifecycle of the process

1. You identify an inefficiency or need.
2. You write down the need and a list of requirements and email this to us.
3. After understanding your need we create a bid and send it to you.
4. Once we both decide on a price we write up a contract for the work to be done and specific deliverables.
5. We create a wire-frame or prototype to ensure that we are both on the same page.
• We wait for your approval to continue.
6. We begin work on the software showing you pieces of the solution as they become ready.
• If you are unpleased or have questions we work to mitigate these early on so the final product meet or exceeds your expectations.
7. We deliver the product and demo it to you to get your final sign-off.
